Scone
In early 2022, Tindale Property acquired its latest residential land development site in Scone NSW.
The slightly undulating 20ha site is located 1.2km east of the town centre and is across the road from the Scone Memorial Hospital and is flanked by existing residential development.
Tindale Property is in the process of securing a 95 lot residential subdivision approval from the Upper Hunter Shire Council. It is anticipated that the development of the 1,000sqm (minimum) land lots will commence in early 2023.
Scone is located on the New England Highway, 276 km north of Sydney via the M1 and Singleton (approximately 3.5hrs from Sydney).
Scone is an significant rural area known as "The Horse Capital of Australia" and claims to be the second-largest horse breeding area in the world, after Kentucky in the United States. The region is also home to cattle and sheep grazing, cereal cropping, dairies and boutique wineries.
The development will be at the premium end of the market and will ultimately house 250 – 300 residents.
